Return & Exchanges

All returns will be processed in the manner in which they were paid, Credit Card, Gift Card, or PayPal.

Refund and Returns Policy

  • eBook – All Sales are Final: due to the nature of the product, all eBook orders are final sale. eBooks are an electronic file and cannot be retrieved once they are sent to your computer.

  • Scratch & Dent Merchandise sold All Sales Final/ Sold As Is

  • Gift Cards - non-returnable items and non-refundable

  • Shipping Cost - non-refundable

Returns of Web Orders

Within 14 days from original date of purchase, unused items may be returned for credit, exchange or refund. Resource book spines, Puzzles must be intact and all other product in a re-saleable condition. Please allow 24 hours for the return to be processed.  Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization (RA).  All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or credit.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping cost are non-refundable. If, you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Telegraph Road Entertainment is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

When contacting Customer Service, please be ready to provide the order number so we may process your request quickly. Unauthorized returns (returns that are a result of a customer ordering error) add a 15% restocking fee. Orders that are cancelled after products have been shipped are also subject to return freight charges and a 15% restocking fee.
